Back on January 8, 2013 I had intended to send you a letter to express my gratitude for the high quality service and professionalism provided to us. But, I failed to. In the midst of moving into a new home, weekend volleyball tournaments, waiting for our Internet service to be set up and our new computer to be delivered, my email to you remained on my “To Do” list.
Now that we’ve officially “settled” into our home, I wanted to share with you how our expectations were exceeded and take a moment to thank Marta Cubillo for her wonderful services. Our previous real estate agent previously, was not personable, proactive, and professional and did not take our interest seriously.
Marta is diligent, responsive, and yet very patient with her clients. She is also both very professional and personable. She clearly takes pride in doing a good job. In our particular case as a buyers of a home, there were many rough spots on the road to closing and in every instance Marta took ownership of the problem and was a great help.
Had it not been for her commitment to us and her tenacity to find us our dream home, we would not be where we are now physically, emotionally and spiritually; Extremely happy and at peace.
